How do I place a trophy order?
Simply add the trophies you require to your shopping cart as you browse the website. When you have finished shopping, click on your Shopping Cart to Check Out and send your order to us.
How long will it take to deliver my trophy order?
Trophies that are in stock, which do not require any personalisation or engraving, are dispatched by Amazon. The speed of delivery will depend on the shipping service you choose: allow 3 working days for delivery if choosing the Expedited option.
Trophies that are not in stock, or which require engraving, are often made-to-purpose, so we advise anyone with a presentation to aim to have payment will us at least one month before the presentation date. One-off trophies can often be dispatched within a week, but for larger orders, please allow plenty of time for fulfilment.
What if I require engraving?
Please make sure to choose the option which states that your order requires engraving when you are checking out. This will allow us to review your order and give you a final price before dispatching. If you have a trophy that requires an engraving plate, we offer engraved plates in different sizes for £3 each.
What will engraving cost?
Different items cost different amounts to engrave. For example, engraving on glass is a different process to engraving on metal. Engraving on different thicknesses of metal and glass is a separate process again. If you have similar items that require the same words engraved, it will be cheaper - if each item requires different wording, then that will add to the cost.
When we receive your order and your engraving request, we will calculate how much the engraving will cost and respond to you as soon as possible. If you are not happy with our quote, it is still possible to buy your trophy items from us, and arrange the engraving yourself with a local supplier.
How do I pay for the trophies?
Once you have confirmed the order and are happy with the final price we have quoted, there are a number of options available for payment. We accept bank transfer, personal cheques and PayPal. We will not process orders for new customers until payment has cleared, so please keep this in mind so we can meet your presentation deadline. Established business customers, schools and councils can request Cash on Collection or 30-day Invoice Terms.
Can I collect my trophies?
Large trophy orders can be collected from our house in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands, by arrangement.
How are trophies delivered?
In stock items are dispatched from the Amazon Warehouse. We use a selection of couriers, depending on who quotes us the best price on the day. Smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail, ParcelMonkey or Collect+.
Can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. Generally, we will refund, however personalised items (with engraving) and Stock Clearance Trophies are not eligible for return.
